Payment in Advance

We have some products which are of heavy quality and which must be paid in advance before delivery and this advance payment must be refundable if you do not keep the product your payment must be returned and the payment must be made in advance at the factory outside Dhaka.

Instant Payment

Yes you can definitely pay on the spot and if you want you have the option to purchase the product in cash on delivery, some products which are hand carried you must pay for the product by instant payment or you can come to our office and collect the product by instant payment

Warranty Terms

1. Products damaged during transit will not be covered under the warranty.
2. The product carries a 90 days warranty unless otherwise stated.
3. The product carries only the manufacturer’s warranty and no return or exchange will be entertained.

Return or Replacement Policy

1. All products returned for refund/replacement or extended on credit must be returned in “saleable” condition with original packing.
2. 10% restocking charges are applicable on all non-defective replacements.
